"Recently I purchased some brilliant Anita diamond studs for a Christmas gift. Being a repeat customer of Steven Singer I had no trouble making the purchase with no concern for quality or value. When I checked out as a guest, the system automatically selected my PREVIOUS address as the shipping address. Fortunately, the people who live at that address currently refused to sign for the package. After a week of trying to understand the status the package, I called Steven singer. When we found out the package was still in possession of FedEx, they immediately shipped out another pair (to the correct address). FedEx still managed to miss Christmas delivery, but that is for the FedEx review! The earrings arrived on a very nice black package and of course were brilliant shimmering in the light! I am not a jeweler, so I definitely do NOT hate Steven Singer!"
